Dashboard Setup

Let's get started. Log into our Review Dashboard to begin.

In this video we'll show you how to set-up your account including your business and contact names, address, phone number and email addresses.

Company Branding

Here we setup logo and colours for your account, email templates and landing pages.

Max logo size is 2MB and display width is 300 pixels. You could alternately use a banner image. File size of 2MB, max width is 760 px.

Online Review Links

This is where you or we will add your review profile links.

Start with the two most recommended review sites which you can respond to right from the dashboard … Google & Facebook There are over 100 review sites currently.

Request Modes

Each mode has various options for requesting feedback.

Learn about the options of each mode and start filling out the templates. The tried and tested mode of choice is 'Review Mode'.
